Since May, AZHO has been successfully implementing the second phase of the project “Social mobilization of families of labor migrants and vulnerable families” in cooperation with UN-Women with financial support from DFID in five districts of Sughd region: Gonchi, Isfara, B, Gafurov, Kanibadam and Asht districts. In the new target districts, within the framework of the second phase, 212 self-help groups, which unite 1202 families of labor migrants and vulnerable family families, have started business activities in various directions. Trainings on institutional development, gender education, effective family budget management are conducted for SHGs.
